Raman Spectroscopy Preprocessing Analysis
Provides a one-stop Raman spectroscopy preprocessing solution, supporting core functions such as noise removal (Savitzky-Golay (SG) smoothing, wavelet denoising), baseline correction (airPLS, ALS), and normalization (Min-Max normalization, standardization). It enables real-time preview of spectral comparison charts before and after processing, custom parameter adjustment, and generation of preprocessing reports, laying a high-quality data foundation for subsequent qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Permutation Order Preprocessing Model
A systematic preprocessing scheme for single interference types follows the workflow of Interference Identification → Algorithm Matching → Parameter Optimization — for noise-dominated scenarios, the sequence is SG Smoothing → Baseline Correction, while for background-interference-dominated scenarios, it is Baseline Correction → Normalization — thus ensuring consistency and repeatability in same-type data processing.
Combined Preprocessing Model
A multi-algorithm collaborative processing model for complex interference scenarios, supporting the free combination of ≥2 types of preprocessing algorithms (e.g., "wavelet denoising → airPLS baseline correction → standardization") and providing an algorithm combination recommendation function. It allows comparing the processing effects of different combinations and generating combined effect evaluation indicators (such as peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), baseline flatness).
Permutation and Combination Preprocessing Model
A high-level preprocessing model integrating "step permutation" and "algorithm combination" – it not only supports fixing the order of preprocessing steps according to business logic (i.e., permutation) but also allows flexible selection of multiple algorithms in each step (i.e., combination). Balancing process standardization and algorithm flexibility, it adapts to the complex data processing requirements of multiple scenarios.
